Insanely expensive the girl was rude and ignoring me when asking how it works (I’ve only ever been to subway) and the lettuce either is so thin it looks like plastic or it’s plastic in my food but I’ve never seen clear lettuce before. Jersey Mike's in Cornelius is really good! The bread is soft and perfectly toasted, the meats are piled high and flavorful, and everything is made fresh right in front of you. My go-to is the italian, delicious every single time. Fast, friendly service and generous portions at a fair price.
Most ignorant employees you could ever hire the young girl making sandwiches had an attitude The whole time and was rolling her eyes. The girl in the back I don’t know what she was doing, but my son had an accident with the drinks mind you he’s three years old. She’s sitting there saying oh my gosh like accidents don’t happen. I let my daughter go in store to pick up our online order. She got confused and ordered a whole new sandwich. I went in to apologize about the mix up and collect our online order. All of the staff on 2/21/26 were SO NICE, this is literally the best Jersey Mikes ever!! Thank you for being so kind!! All the food was yummy too!
I want to express my gratitude for Brayden & Shay of the Torrence Chapel Rd location. Every time I visit their store, they’re courteous, attentive, professional, precise, and efficient. The store is always clean, the orders are always right, and I never have to worry about the quality of the food being compromised. Awesome team with awesome leadership!
