actually horrible experience today, we ordered online and they forgot one of our subs then they told us we can get a sub tomorrow. We had to go in after we payed for delivery and wait 20 minutes while the staff only worked on online orders after the line was out the door. I had to say something to the staff in order for them to make my food. Customer service was horrible, very rude. There were three people working 2 working on online orders while the other was sweeping and touching the dirty floor mats. not going back!!!
The service that was horrible they were very disrespectful and the lady had an attitude, and the other guy also had an attitude, and everybody is like ganging up on me every time I had a question like treating me like I was stupid. I have traumatic brain injury so sometimes I starter or I don’t know what I need to say right away. They were not patient so I will not be returning And you guys are overpriced. That’s why you guys get a 3.8 rating and nobody in there no wonder.
Good place for a sandwich. Not too crowded or busy. Food was good.
Wish the staff member would have mentioned the kids meal as an option as we didn't see that before paying. Otherwise, great service
