I’ve never had Jersey Mike’s before and tbh idk if I ever will anymore. I was really thrown off yesterday when I found myself and my coworker (after having being up since 3:30am and working till 1pm) sitting at the tables outside of Jersey Mikes taking a minute to relax and eating snacks. Even with my several customizations, my order was perfect and delicious! We ordered on the app and it was ready right when it said it would be, plus the staff was very nice
i asked for gluten free bread as i have recently been diagnosed and was asked if it was preference or allergy where i then say allergy. he then asked me are you sure? it was so rude and inconsiderate.food was good tho!
We came here for lunch at 1130am on June 21st 2025 and we had superb service from the staff. They were all very friendly and had great attitudes. The food was good and fresh also. I left this review for the staff so management knows who's doing a great job. And today, they were on point. Keep these folks, they'll improve your business and reputation.
