The girls who work there are beyond rude. Do better.
My son has a handful of severe allergies. We've visited 3 different Jersey Mike's locations & everyone at all the sites were great at cleaning everything up before making my son's sandwich, without a single complaint, groan, or body language indicating annoyance. At this particular location my son accidentally dropped his drink cup & when I explained what happened to the staff members & asked for a mop, they insisted it wasn't a problem & came out to clean it up. I had a really unpleasant experience mainly because of one staff member — a girl with curly hair who was working that shift. Her attitude was honestly shocking. She came off as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. Every interaction felt tense, like we were bothering her just by asking normal questions.
