We ordered 3 subs and picked them up to eat at home. One of them was made incorrectly. So I called and got the nicest guy on the phone, named Jon. He aplogized for the error, took ownership of the problem and offered a refund for the items. It was a quick and seemless transaction and I really appreciated his approach and how easy he turned around a ruined lunch experience. More employees can learn from Jon.
After a visit to the Selden location today, all I can say is think twice before coming to this location. When asked a simple question the server behind the counter answered rudely and rolled her eyes as if she could not be bothered to attend to a paying customer. When I asked a follow-up question she again rolled her eyes and refused to answer me. When I asked for her name, she refused to answer me. The manager, Brandon, came out to assist.
