I love the food they have gluten free giant subs which are always my favorite. And they make sure to ask if it's because of allergy or if it's just a preference. But the people that work there always have a attitude and have zero customer service. They just seem so upset to be there. And it makes it feel awkward standing behind the counter while a angry person is making your sandwich lol and the music is insanely loud. But the foods good so what ever ill keep coming back. Five stars for the angry sandwich crew
I used to order from this place all the time for cheesestakes..They used to be great. Now, I can see how the recession has taken hold of this place. They used to give large meaty portions for the cheesestakes. Now you'll be hard pressed to find the meat. They are baby portions now. I give this location 6moths before they close. It's sad to see restaurants sacrifice quality like this. You're destroying the brand.
My recent pickup order from Jersey Mike's Subs on Highland Road was a truly positive experience. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which is always a great sign. My order—the #7 Turkey and Provolone, #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak, and #44 Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak—was ready right on time. The real test, of course, was the food itself, and it passed with flying colors. Everything was hot and fresh, a huge win for a pickup order.
