Used to love Laura who worked at this location. Food is still pretty good but very disappointed in my last visit where the cashier yelled at a poor woman nicely asking about her mobile order, giving customers the cold shoulder and generally doing the very minimum. There was another gentleman next to her calling out order names even when she would just place the orders on the stand and was hustling doing his best during a lunch rush. Similar to the other reviews just not a good experience. I waited awhile for my cheesesteak and I was the only one in there to only get it home for it to be wrong. The bun and cheese I requested was incorrect and my philly meat didn't taste right but I was too tired to take it back. This location needs to do better because I really do love Jersey Mike's but don't know if I will be returning.
