We love jersey mikes. We did an online order and were told it would be ready at 630. I showed up at 640 and it was not ready. I stood in the store for 30 minutes before they even started making the order. They then went and worked on other orders. It was not until 725 when I approached the counter again seeing my sandwichs just sitting there. They then said oh we were busy and they wrapped my sandwichs and bagged them. No apology. Sadly an update is necessary to this review. The quality of the food has suffered a lot the last couple trips to this location. My roommate and I couldn't find enough meat on our subs to taste any meat flavor. The bread was tough, and VERY dry. What little bit of cheese that was on the sandwich had almost no taste. Both of us felt the food quality was VERY poor. There is a different sub store nearer to us than Jersey Mike's. They will get our business in the future. They forgot to charge us for are three subs and after we were done eating I went to register to tell them that they forgot to charge us
This location needs an adult. Maybe someone who knows customer service. Maybe a manager. Food was super sloppy made and half missing. Had to go back in to pick up the rest. Check your orders
