We went on Wednesday November 12 and the 3 staff was offering a great service We always have a great service, quality is amazing all the time
Friendly service and healthy Subs that are tasty!
Went to the Saco location tonight. Upon coming in we were greeted nicely byv1 employee. Ordered, the sandwich was passed to a lady that had a written attitude! Was hard to communicate....went to pay ( same lady ) changed my mind about using cash, wanted to use my CC. She got all pissy! After, seeing no tip, she was even meaner! Another employee was sitting in a chair on her phone. Maybe on break but looked unprofessional. Hopefully this improves! I almost feel like because we were caucasion, there was a problem. I hope not!
Not a pleasant experience. Customer service was absolutely awful. The worker with tattoos all over his neck was very rude. I said I wanted a little bit of all the veggies they had displayed on my sandwich, which where about 5. He made it seem like it was a crazy thing to do. No wonder this place has 3.8 reviews.We should have gone somewhere else where they actually treat customers with respect. Not to mention it was gross and filthy -0/10!!!
