I will never return to this location. Yesterday, I tried to order a sub in a bowl with a side of bread. The employee kept repeatedly asking if I just wanted a sandwich, giving me nasty looks, and treating me like I was making an absurd request. I even offered to pay extra for the side of bread if it was an issue. To make matters worse, when my husband ordered a regular sub, she literally threw it onto the counter so hard that the meat and cheese fell out. While the food was great and the young man that made our sandwhiches was very nice and made our sandwhiches perfect, an older woman (unsure if this was the manager or not) was very rude to said young man. He was doing his best and we had no issues with our sandwhiches. She was scolding him in front of the entire store and not only made him (presumably) feel embarrassed but he looked defeated.
