Horrible customer service
amazing service here always and friendly staff!!
Horrible service . I asked if they can add mayo , pickles, and onions on my sandwich and the lady’s response was you were supposed to ask me when you ordered before I made the sandwich. This was my first time coming and I didn’t know with hot sandwiches they don’t ask you what you want on them . Instead of adding it to the sandwich, she gave me containers with the stuff on it and was not happy about me asking for the condiments .
Overall, it's pretty good. This is one of my fav restaurants but not my fav location. I've had a few sandwiches from here that was just okay, either a small amount of ingredients or lacking on good flavor. I also think that I've made a few of the employees nervous (I don't know if my confident demeanor was too aggressive or if my darker complexion was the reason). Warm and friendly staff. I order to go from here a few times a month, and they always remember me. Makes my day!
