After watching Danny DeVito JM’s commercials all football Sunday, I decided to give them a whirl. I drove two towns over to reach the nearest Jersey Mikes. Staff was nice, and barely had any wait but sandwich was pedestrian at best. Got an original #4, “Mikes Way” sans Onions. Sandwich was flavorless but worst of all bread was stale. Our office orders from this location at least once a month for the entire staff. Never any mix ups on the orders, it's flawless Everytime! Very fast and very delicious! It's always delivered on time or ahead of schedule. Plenty of napkins and condiments given when requested.
This happen some months ago. My daughter had discourage me to not write a review, at the time that it occured. Some time has passed and it is still bothering me; so, I decided to write a review, moreso after reading about similar experiences. This is a negative review because of RICARDO. Great food. Terrible customer service at this location. Waited for my online order and ignored while they took other online orders that came in after me. Don’t waste your money on this location
