Horrible service!!!I No one is changing gloves. Both employees were so rude. The gentleman stated he only had one type of bread (in a "take it, leave it tone), okay, fine. Then the female proceeds to put my sandwich on the counter, and asks if I want my receipt...no bag for my sandwhich and chips. I had to ask for one, but the customer before me was given a bag, and a free cookie...wth!! Just rude, and customer service skills whatsoever.
Only had white bread, ok cool but I wanted a Blt and get the bread toasted. They said they don’t toast bread at that location. So i got to be inconvenienced and settled for only the bread you have available and you can’t compromise and toast it for me. This location is sorry. They will be closed soon. It’s a lot of new restaurants coming to conyers and people will not tolerate bs when spending money. It’s going to be a lot of competition soon
I was highly satisfied with my Jersey Mike’s experience because the employees provided excellent customer service and made the entire visit pleasant and efficient. The app is very easy and user-friendly, ordering was quick, and the membership perks make it even more worthwhile. Jersey Mike’s is also very affordable for the quality and portions, making it a great choice for either lunch or dinner. I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s for the food, convenience, value, and consistently great customer experience.
I ordered on the app for pick up. The directions on how to make the SIMPLE sandwiches I ordered are PRINTED CLEARLY on the receipt yet it was impossible for the employees to make them correctly. They were also too busy talking and bullshitting amongst themselves to even acknowledge the fact that someone came in the store. I won't be returning to this location.
Every time I order from here, something is missing. Sealed bags with doordash so its not driver. I have spoken with the district manager it happens so much. She promised that she was improving this location. No improvement yet.
