I made an order through Door Dash, and you would’ve thought a dog made my sandwich. I ordered a bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak no mayo, no tomato, add spicy mustard. Received my order and talk about pissed. Sloppy as hell!! The bacon, cheese, ranch and mustard were missing, very little lettuce and I couldn’t tell if the meat was actually chicken or steak. How do you not have bread at a sandwich place absolutely ridiculous
I love Jersey Mike's but when we went at about 8:30 in the evening it was understaffed and they had a lot of delivery orders they were making. There were only three or four people in line but we stood there for 20 minutes, still were not helped and there were still people in line waiting who were there longer. So we went around the corner to Chick-fil-A. Store was clean and staff seemed friendly and store was clean-just understaffed and too many online orders to take timely in person orders. I’m not sure who owns or manages this store, but some of your employees could benefit from additional customer service training. While my own experience was positive—I received my food in a polite and timely manner—I witnessed an interaction that was very concerning. The customer behind me was cursed out when she simply asked about her order. I only overheard the situation because the agave vanilla machine was down, and I had to wait to ask for a soda instead.
