Very disappointing experience. I witnessed a manager screaming at an employee in front of customers, and it was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional to watch. Regardless of the situation, employees should be treated with basic respect, especially in front of customers. Management should be setting an example, not creating an uncomfortable environment. I hope the company addresses this behavior and provides better training on how employees are treated.
Amazing.. love this place. Food was delicious, service was great,store was clean and we were greeted immediately.
Worker was sloping tuna everywhere, cross contaminated everything. I wanted to order a second sandwich but his gloves were not changed and I don't like tuna so I didn't order one, had to drive 5 miles away to another sandwich shop. Kept same gloves for multiple sandwiches and used register? Grossed out
These guys made my sandwich perfectly! I added notes about extra pickles that not everyone seems to get right when I order on the app . These guys paid attention and made a point of asking me if I needed more. Great experience great sandwich!
