I am really disappointed in the order I just sent my mom through Uber Eats. She lives in a Senior community and doesn't have her own transportation so I sent her dinner tonight. The sandwich she ordered is NOT the one she received! We've tried getting a refund from Uber to no avail and tried calling the store with no answer! I just have to give a huge shout out to this jersey Mike's location! Not only is their food amazing but their customer service is above and beyond. I had an issue with my DoorDash order that they made right immediately, quickly and kindly. Arturo Delivered amazing customer service and it's rare these days to find that in an establishment. Keep up the great work Jersey Mike's. I appreciate you and this experience will have me returning to your location over and over again!
