I struggle with the rating. The food is delicious, the employees are friendly and helpful, but I have not received the sandwich fixed the way I want it for the past three visits to this location. My order is a #17 with the grilled onion and peppers. I ask for the addition of mayo, lettuce, raw onions, and oil and vinegar. What I receive each time is a #17 with no additional toppings.
