We unfortunately didn’t get to eat at this Jersey Mikes. The service is horrible. We arrived at the Jersey Mikes and waited for our order to be taken for 20 minutes even though there was no one in-front of us. Both of the workers didn’t acknowledge us once and just kept taking mobile orders while we waited for our orders to be taken. Don’t come to this Jersey Mikes unless you want to wait more than 30 minutes for a sandwich, along with horrible service.

I order a sandwich #13 and I ask the girl luz I wanted my sandwich mikes way but no lettuce or tomatoes and she started to explain to me that it mikes way comes with lettuce and tomatoes I told her to forget and then my wife ask so you can’t put the vinegar and oil on it she said yes so she put it on the the sandwich and the Destinee told my wife you should of told luz before and then she started trying to to explain how the mikes way sandwiches come and I told her I didn’t want it with lettuce or tomatoes and after that she... read more

Had to wait 20 mins after my designated pick up time for my order. Told them when i walked in i was here for my order and had to wait 20 mins . They made a pick up order for someone else and did 3 walk in orders while i was still waiting on mine. Ridiculous . Would’ve been faster to just order my food than place a pick up order
