Had to wait 20 mins after my designated pick up time for my order. Told them when i walked in i was here for my order and had to wait 20 mins . They made a pick up order for someone else and did 3 walk in orders while i was still waiting on mine. Ridiculous . Would’ve been faster to just order my food than place a pick up order

I found broken pieces of sharp plastic in my sandwich. And when I called to tell the manager Destiny she refused to provide the name of the employee and said she had to protect her employee. Threatened to hang up on me and lied saying I was cursing and used extreme micro aggression as well as insinuating I was lying unless I brung the sandwich in to prove it. And asked what do I expect her to about it.
