Order was almost half an hour after expected time and my order was put on the incorrect bread. They needed more help and the guy on the grill looked like he needed someone by his side training him because he looked like he had no idea what he was doing
Service ain’t what it used to be! Went in with 3 little kids in an empty store and just tried to rush us to order, then forgot parts of it. Very clear they just wanted to hang out rather than work.
Service was great and food was even better ty
For a shop completely empty and 4 employees standing around you would think they would want to help me. They definitely didn’t want to help. The couple that were in the assembly line I could tell didn’t want to be there. The guy cutting the meat was not paying attention to what he was doing. He would cut 3 slices put them on one side of the sub then would cut one piece and put it on the other side. He did this with the different meats! The workers here are always pleasant and happy to help. The food is fresh and delicious, especially made Mike's way. My personal favorite is the provolone and roast beef. The store is brightly lit and clean, and usually not too busy. Pricing is fair.
