As I sit here eating my Giant Italian done Mike’s way I am utterly disgusted by how much like Mike’s way this is. Hardly any vinegar and oil, no salt or pepper and no extra banana peppers. I tried correcting the tall guy with a beard as he made my sub but he didn’t care even though the customer stood right in front of him asking him to correct things. The person who took my order today at 11am was very kind, helpful, and patient.
Order was almost half an hour after expected time and my order was put on the incorrect bread. They needed more help and the guy on the grill looked like he needed someone by his side training him because he looked like he had no idea what he was doing
Service ain’t what it used to be! Went in with 3 little kids in an empty store and just tried to rush us to order, then forgot parts of it. Very clear they just wanted to hang out rather than work.
Service was great and food was even better ty
