Sandwich was very soggy. Did not enjoy it at all.
This store at Winter Garden Village has been in steady decline for several months. My orders are almost always wrong, meaning they leave off several toppings on a regular basis. The staff seems overwhelmed and appear to be understaffed. I had to wait 20+ minutes for my sub past when it was supposed to be ready for pick up. The staff needs to be trained on food and utensile handling.
