Very rude staff, manager. Manager was yelling and wasn’t clear of the difference of extra meat and double meat. Which I have no problem paying, however when the manager said in a loud sarcastic way if I want it or don’t want it. I’m not one to leave reviews but this staff needs more training on customer service and being polite to customers
Give Keysha a raise immediately. This place literally falls apart when she isn't here. Fortunately, she is here like 99% of the time when I stop by. And the sandwich is fire. Also great customer service. In fact, maybe throw Keysha a little profit sharing % too. She is irreplaceable. If she ever quits this place is cooked!!!
My wife is a regular here! The staff is always top tier and the subs 10/10! But the real reason she keeps coming back is keysha, she is always happy and makes sure her staff is doing their best! When she walks in it’s like her and keysha have been friends for years! She is the best part of her trip!
