Management yelled at me on the phone in regards to my Uber Eats order. They were again out of everything I ordered. 4 drivers were dispatched to be turned away. I asked for her name and she again yelled and hung up. Corporate has been contacted. Alls I wanted was a cold cut. Hope she has better days to come. Customer service isn’t for you girl.
The two times I’ve been to this location I’m placed an online order. Same sub, miles way, saddening two ingredients. First time, the two ingredients were added. I work in food, it happens so I wasn’t to upset. Second time, mikes way wasn’t added. I’ve gotten the same sub for years so I go to jersey mikes for the whole deal, not just meat on a sub. Forgot to warm up sub besides that not as good as Luckys
Food was as normal, good. However, the service was poor. The attendant was rude and told me I was speaking too slow when telling her how I would like my sub.
