Went in this afternoon at 12:40pm & there was a woman with RED hair named Kesha who was incredibly RUDE to the customers. Bossing around customers, yelling and cussing. Overall such an unpleasant experience. Went back in to grab napkins, and she was yelling at most of the customers in there resulting in a few people walking out due to her behavior..
Went in this afternoon at 12:40pm & there was a woman with RED hair with braids who was incredibly RUDE to the customers. Bossing around customers and overall such an unpleasant experience. Went back in to grab napkins, and she was YELLING at most of the customers in there. I seen 3-4 people leave because of how rude and nasty this woman was. Do better Jersey Mikes!!!! Also, the woman’s name was Kesha was able to get her name while she was yelling and cussing at customers.
Management yelled at me on the phone in regards to my Uber Eats order. They were again out of everything I ordered. 4 drivers were dispatched to be turned away. I asked for her name and she again yelled and hung up. Corporate has been contacted. Alls I wanted was a cold cut. Hope she has better days to come. Customer service isn’t for you girl.
