My daughter-in-law went over and ordered 3-sandwiches and brought them home. The first thing I saw was very stale bread. I’m talking bread that had no doubt been sitting out for days it was that stale. Is Jersey Mike’s, that desperate to make a profit or are their employees that lazy that they can’t re-wrap bread that they leave it out overnight? PATHETIC!!!
Good food
Tried to place a delivery through the app today. After almost an hour it never showed. Called store and talked a female and the manager. They said door dash cancelled the order after somehow picking it up twice They were both very rude and said it wasn't there fault and there was nothing they could do. I explained I had been charged through their app and the manager said he just "had not gotten around to cancelling and refunding".
