They must have new manager Chris is his name and extremely rude!!!!!! Placed online order and they messed up big time!!!! I’ll call corporate because he needs some manners AND CUSTOMER SKILLS!!!!!!!!
This is not the best Jersey Mikes in Westerville. Go to the one on Sunbury Rd instead!!!! This one never gets our pickup orders right and it’s really frustrating.
Went in today, 3/15. Was right before close which I didn’t realize. They put the slicer that was freshly cleaned back together to take our order. The 3 guys in here took great care of us (didn’t catch names) took their time, made sure everything was 100% for us. The food is Jersey Mikes you can’t really go wrong but the service is what really stood out and was much appreciated.
Great food. Sandwich was fresh and delicious. Service was great too.
I walked in , I wasn’t greeted. The food and service was just overall poor. I just will not return to this location. I could at least got a warm hello. Everyone was busy making food and being treated just like numbers smh.
