The environment is nice me personally needs a little more color however for what is appears the theme is the colors are on point I'm just picky Foods hardly ever made wrong when it comes with alterations Service never bad
Jersey mikes is my favorite sub shop so this has nothing to do about the food but this specific location is one of the worst I have ever been to. I have given it multiple chances but after today I will not be returning. The service is unbelievably slow every single time. After I received my hot sub I waited at the counter for 5-7 minutes with 5 workers behind the counter not helping me check out. There were several other people in there complaining. I am not sure why it is only this location but something needs to change.
worst sub place in all of ohio now, if you manage this place or work here please leave cause you are now at fault for what your company has done to portions and prices
