Standing here now in a wild lunch rush and I had to commend the entire team on how well they are working together and communicating the massive rush of orders while they are managing 13 sandwiches at a time and getting every order done promptly and correct to a T. Bravo, love this location.
I have genuinely never had a worse experience at a Jersey Mike's anywhere. I came during a rush, and a lady who appeared to be the manager was almost single handedly making everything worse for everyone. She kept getting mad at the employees for nothing, she could barely speak English and it seemed like none of the other employees could work with her, I watched her tell an employee to throw away a messed up sub, and then a minute later yelled at him over it, and she kept blatantly messing up customers orders and then when th... read more
Very rude management. Stood in line 5 minutes for manger to Make my sub next to another customer as if we were paying together. Very rude to her own employees! This place needs to be investigated. Cold toppings look old and stale . Not clean or sanitary. 0 stars . Walked out
