Worst experience at a jersey mike. The women manager was very rude I believe her name was Kam. She kept yelling at the employees making the atmosphere horrible. And she insisted on "fixing" the sandwich when the worker was doing it fine and then she made a mistake which meant I had to wait DOUBLE the time during a huge lunch rush. She should be investigated and fired ASAP. I've seen other people complain about her as well and it seems the owner doesn't care. Do not eat here when the manager Kam is on shift.
Tell me why the dude behind the counter was asking my boyfriend to hand him stuff like my boyfriend worked there. Like we're just tryna come get food. You getting a drink for an order thats not even ours is your responsibility.

Standing here now in a wild lunch rush and I had to commend the entire team on how well they are working together and communicating the massive rush of orders while they are managing 13 sandwiches at a time and getting every order done promptly and correct to a T. Bravo, love this location.
