This place has nice people who work there, but it's completely disorganized and mismanaged. At least 50% of the time I order on the app, it's not only not done in the 15 minutes the app says and takes usually around 30 minutes. If you are in the restaurant, they will still take the walk ins before making your sandwich. Today was 35 minutes and will be the last time I'll visit this place due to complete negligence by the operator. Love Jersey Mike's but I'd seriously avoid this location. Seriously disappointed.
Jersey Mike's, and it was absolutely outstanding! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the perfectly seasoned chicken salad to the soft, fresh bread. Went today for lunch 6/22/26, what a mistake. Ask for a number 2 sandwich hot was instantly met with hostility by a rude female worker stating no Cannot make it hot, when in reality they have in the past during the mikes hot promotion it was the same exact sandwich heated on the flat top just without pepper relish, I understand if you don't want to do it but do not be rude about it .
