Jersey mikes is consistently my favorite sub shop. I have been to quite a few different stores and this was one of the better ones.
Went here to get lunch on 5/10/2025. They didn’t call my name, as I would have heard cuz I’m a 26 year old and sat pretty close to the register. They called the name and sandwich that the person after me ordered and he went up, so I went up and asked what’s up with my sandwich. Turns out they gave it to someone else that had a big order and they thought it was theirs. Why bother asking for a name for a sandwich if you’re not gonna call it and make sure. Place is a joke, but I’m not laughing
The place was clean my food was ready when I got there
I usually get jersey mikes 2-3 a week went into this location placed my order the order taker ask me for a name I gave him one and he mumbled an obscenity. The store manager said nothing to him . I will never go into this franchise store again either should anyone. The manager should be fired after he tells the owner who the employee was who swore at a customer… It’s not anyone’s fault this manager and the employee is in a love triangle or what ever sick twisted ploy they got going on ?
