Ariel (manager), Rose, and the rest of the staff at this Jersey Mike’s location have been consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. My orders are wrong more often than not, and instead of acknowledging their mistakes, they try to shift the blame onto the customer. I even have a recorded phone call of the manager speaking in a shockingly unprofessional tone, which I’ll be submitting to corporate through both email and phone. This visit was the final straw. The manager (Ariel) and staff (All Staff and Rose) at this location are unbelievably rude. They consistently get orders wrong, and when you point out the mistake, they try to blame you for it. I even have a recorded call of the manager speaking in an extremely unprofessional manner, which I will be forwarding to corporate by phone and email.
