I placed my order online. It said it will be ready at 6:51pm. Arrived after the time stated. I didn’t receive my food until 7:30. There were multiple employees just standing around not helping. Only one person apologized for the wait. I ordered two sandwiches ahead of time. Why would I have to wait almost forty minutes in store for them. Train your employees to actually help their customers and not stand around while one person was working. Just got home. The bread is incorrect and extremely hard. The pepper relish is the best and the rosemary parm is some great bread. Everyone is kind and I love their advice when I don’t know what sandwich to order.
