Dont order online. Its quicker to go in & stand in line. I got there at my pickup time & waited an extra 10 minutes. 2 people passed where i would of been in line at if i just would of ordered there. This is the second time this has happened. Its just annoying cause i order ahead of time cause im in a rush.
The manager is amazing. She is fast and keeps the line moving!
I am highly disappointed in the treatment I saw today between a manager and an employee. There was a line of people waiting to be served and the employees were clearly needing help.While there was a woman who seemed to a manager sitting on her computer. One of the employees asked for help and the manager told her to get over it.It was just sandwiches and told her to just walk out if she wants to. If management is not able to assist the employees during opening hours, maybe they need to think about hiring enough employees??
