The taste of the sandwich and its ingredients were quite good overall. However, what really detracted from the experience was the behavior of the staff. With 45 minutes still remaining before closing time, and while customers were still eating, a lady began sweeping around the restaurant. Awful chicken sandwich , salty shredded chicken with what tasted like cheese wiz , absolutely horrible and waste of money ! And not cheap
I was on the way to visit my grandfather in the hospital and needed lunch. I ordered a number 17 mikes philly (steak american cheese grilled onions and peppers) minus the onions and peppers. What they gave me was a number 42. I have a soy allergy and jersy mikes is one of the only fast food places that doesn't use soy. When I open my sandwich up I see that there is some wird sauce in it a had the driver in the car tast it. I couldn't eat the sandwich for safety reasons so I went hungry.
