Maybe because it was lunch time everything was in a rush, even the sandwich was not made like it is, even it tasted different
Had three big kahunas made. The guy put the wrong cheese on it so had to remake them. When he remade them he literally put a handful of jalapeños in each sandwich. I think out of spite. Very poor way to treat loyal customers
