I visited this location at least twice a month and have been very satisfied until yesterday. When ordering my sandwich the manger was cutting my bread and I asked him was there bread stale he said no it’s baked I said just because it’s baked does not mean it’s stale. I get back to work and open the sandwich it was falling apart it was so stale the bottom was hard as a rock and the top was falling apart. Had mayo. no bacon (menu says bacon). allergic. Came awhile back never received coupon for replacement order. Order wrong again.

I ordered a chicken bacon and cheese sandwich and they proceeded to put everything on it drove back 15 minutes for only 1 sandwich to me remade y told me he wasn’t going to make my 2 sandwiches because it was money going to waste when I paid for my order he told me that will cost 40 dollars for the store, I paid 40 dolars for my order how can someone like that be shift leader
