Arrived at 12:11 for 12:15 scheduled pickup. Order wasn’t ready. Stood at pickup area over 5 mins and was never acknowledged. Finally moved into the line and saw order ticket still hanging unprepared. Asked to have it done asap at 12:22 (see pic) but then found they did not follow the “toasted bread” request I’d made online. Clean place, the workers are super friendly, food was great and made to perfection. Would recommend the hot honey wrap/sandwich ts fire
Rude staff
The people are helpful and nice and the food is excellent, but giving a one star until someone fixes the toilet seat in the men's room. I mean really. Someone's going to slide off onto the floor. It's been months. Just draw straws and someone do it.
