We are big Jersey Mikes fans, however we will not be back! Bought 5 sandwiches, like normal. I always use the app and request the oil and vinegar on the side, so that the sandwiches aren't soggy when I get them home. Tonight when I go to pick up my order, I checked my bag as usual and there was only 2 cups of honey mustard in the bag, and not the 3 cups of oil and vinegar for the sandwiches that needed it. Tbh i witnessed something in this location that’s worth firing the manger for. I had came in to order and there was obviously some new hires which is completely okay, in fact they were doing an excellent job especially being for their first day I assume. What I assume the manager darker toned lady starts yelling at this sweet innocent girl trying to help the new hire learn how to make sandwiches demanding to take our orders, I was the only one in there with all the time in the world.
