I’ve been a pretty regular Jersey Mike’s customer at different points in my life and have probably frequented somewhere in the range of 12–15 different locations over the years. This Coral Springs location had the best service I’ve personally seen at any of them. I had an office nearby for about two years, so I ended up here a lot. This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The staff was friendly and courteous, so no complaints there. There was a mix-up with my order, and it initially came out as a sandwich instead of the bowl I ordered. They corrected it quickly, which I appreciated. My biggest issue was the Big Kahuna Chicken Bowl itself. I even paid extra for additional meat, as suggested, yet the portion I received was still very small. The best mini sub sandwiches around. The manager is a especially nice Mr. Casey.
Always such kind staff. Went in a couple days ago in the morning and the gentleman making my sandwich was very kind. Still kept a great attitude when I changed my mind about something. Thank you very much!
