I came in super last minute and staff was super nice about it and I felt bad but they helped me get my last minute dinner as I came into town.

Please consider improving overall standards. The language being used by staff was inappropriate, especially with young children in the store. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The work areas also appeared very unclean, and the quality of the toppings seemed low. I was close to asking for a refund because of the experience. On top of that, the prices have increased significantly. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed.
Last few times I've ordered from this place my order has been wrong. Okay so, maybe they were busy. Decide to go in person today and give them another shot as we were out doing chores anyway. . . ordered two sandwiches on rosemary bread. The person who took our order repeated back "two giants turkey on white bread." "Sorry no, we asked for rosemary". She goes and gets white bread anyway. Says nothing about the substitution.
