Half the staff is rude as hell. Don't make the sandwiches properly. Gives you more of the cheaper meat. Plenty of ham, like 2 pieces of salami. Gives you attitude when you want things the way you want.
I love Jersey Mike's but I feel consistently ripped off by this location. In the last few years the sandwiches have been getting smaller and with less protein. I have started paying for extra meat. I just ordered a chicken cheesesteak and paid $5 for extra meat and there was barely any on the sandwich at all. Mostly bread and mayo. I will no longer pay $17 for a light sandwich and would rather buy from competitors.
Good experience. Handled my long wait time very well.
