Went there.Place an order waiting twenty minutes to tell me that they were out of my bread and very poor service would never go back there again

The kids working were more interested in their conversation than making orders. One sandwich was burnt and the other one was missing ingredients. I’m a little concerned why we are asking for tips before service is rendered when the actual order isn’t even going to be correct or prepared as it should. The 20% tip I added before I got my order clearly still didn’t ensure accuracy. Very disappointed this evening.
