Not enough lighting in the dining area but little dark
Went to get some sandwiches tonight, I'm always skeptical about coming here because past experiences have always felt uncomfortable do to the moody staff, the girl who handles the grill thinks she everyone's boss and talks to paying customers like garbage, there not helpful when asked questions nor is the hygiene on point, this location needs to get there act together before a situation occurs , some customers won't tolerate that disrespect, nothing is free here so not understanding why all the poor behavior.
I had went to your establishment and wanted to purchase sandwiches and the staff behind the counter seemed very confused. The man that was working was complained about why do people “All of a sudden have to come here”. After the way, they were acting I did not feel comfortable eating there so we had left.
I usually go to the Jersey Mike's on Forest Ave but I happened to be near Hylan Blvd and ordered on the app. While the food quality is the same, the experience and the service is subpar. The 2 girls behind the counter were extremely rude and abrupt to all of the customers. My order of 3 sandwiches took over 45 minutes. The third girl behind counter saw that my order was taking a long time and was concerned but there was nothing she could have done because the other 2 girls told her that they were working on it. I went here several times and the food is good for the most part, but I saw someone drop the bag on the dirty floor and still wrap my sub in it instead of just getting another one. Also some of the employees look miserable and aren't kind to customers. Clearly every time I chose to give a tip with my order I was just wasting my money. I probably won't come to this location anymore and go to the one on Forest av instead which is way better.
