I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and had a fantastic experience! The Mike’s Famous Philly may not win any beauty contests, but the flavors are absolutely on point—juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with goodness. The service was top-notch, with friendly employees who genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the vibe so welcoming. The place was clean, and my order was prepared quickly. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Staff was clearly short-handed but doing their best. I ordered a giant Italian, which was confirmed by the person who took my order. However, the middle staff member—who was juggling takeout, walk-ins, and prep—mistakenly gave half of my sandwich to a takeout order and handed me just one half. When I pointed it out, it was made to seem like I had just changed the order, which wasn’t the case. Small thing, but placing the receipt directly on the bread also felt unsanitary.
