My Cheese steak with peppers was Nasty. Very greasy. Very nasty
Disappointed. The online system does not limit the number of orders for pickup at a given time so even though we ordered almost 2 hours before pick up we received our order 25 minutes late because they had too many orders for the same time slot. To make matters worse only 2 sandwiches out of 7 were correct with some having items on them that were specifically requested to be removed and the hot sandwiches having more sauce than anything else on them. Update 9/15/2025- they must have new employees because twice now they put mayo on my hoagie when it wasn't already an ingredient, and they didn't put pickles on. Just because the other 3 members of my family get mayo on their hoagies doesn't mean I want it on mine. If I wanted it, I'd check the option. We order delivery through the app fairly often, and our order always arrives in a timely manner. My only complaint is that it's 50/50 if I get my sandwich without mayo as ordered.
