We stopped here with our kids after a movie. The store was going to close soon, so we planned to eat quickly. At closing, the young man told us they were closing and then locked the door. I like the taste of Jersey Mike's, but honestly, the price and value just aren't there. What frustrates me most is the mobile ordering. I'll place an order, wait until the app says it's ready, arrive at the store, and it's still not done. Meanwhile, people walking in and ordering at the counter are getting their food before me. Work your online orders. It's not that hard. Good subs, but between the prices and the pickup experience, it's hard to justify..
I want to give a shout out to Zach who was working the register today. He was very kind, professional, and courteous while dealing with a busy lunch rush. He's a good man.
