Lately the experience has been less than stellar. The employees look and sound annoyed to be there, especially if you come in within an hour of closing time. Today was no exception. Then as I was checking out the white board caught my eye. The watermelon symbol is pretty well known as Palestinian resistance. Probably won't be back.

On July 2nd I placed an order on the app for two #7 turkey and provolone subs Mike's way- one giant size and one regular, and two bags of chips. When I got to the store the order was not on the pickup shelf. There were quite a few people in the store waiting in line and waiting for their subs, I tried to get the attention of a staff member behind the counter but they ignored me. Rude staff and management. Didn’t have what I ordered online and that would have been fine without the attitude on the phone and when we got there.
