I think they were training a new employee. This should not be during lunch rush. Took me almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich and I was third in line. I walk in as the only customer in store. They proceed to make 4-5 online orders before ever preparing my own or much less acknowledging me. I had to repeat my order 3 times for it to only still be wrong by the time I took my first bite.
