Why order ahead for pick-up if one has to wait 15+ minutes in the store after the pick-up time? There were several customers that came in, ordered, and were long gone before I got my online order (2 sandwiches). Also, why would this restaurant not have hand towels in their bathroom?
I don’t usually leave reviews, but today was different. What a refreshing place. At most fast-food restaurants I’ve visited recently, employees don’t even bother to greet you or say goodbye or “have a nice day.” Today’s Jersey Mike's Subs team was completely different. The teamwork and positive attitude really stood out and made the experience enjoyable. If I were the boss, they would definitely be getting a raise.
The sub was so damn dry I almost choked smh very disappointed
