We just had Jersey Mike's Falls River store cater a lunch for us. I have to say this was THE BEST experience ever!! The staff were incredible and so helpful. If you ever have a large event I highly recommend calling Jersey Mike's Falls River store. Shout out to Steed the manager and the delivery person who brought our box lunches to the Campbell Lodge at Durant Nature Park! We will definitely be ordering from the store again!

Worst one in the city. I get the same sandwich at every Jersey mikes but over here they charge you for extra meat if you ask for peppered ham instead of the regular even if you don’t get extra meat for “ inventory purposes “. I’m not sure why this place has a policy for charging extra none of the other locations in the city has.

Ordering reminds one of getting a sullen teenager to be polite. No eye contact and out of context questions mumbling all the way. Order through the app or go somewhere where employees are taught basic communication skills.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience right after paying my tuna sub an employee approached me in a very rude way to tell me to stop eating and to go pay, I replied that I had already paid that confirm it with the cashier, and when the young cashier saw her dumbfounded and confirmed that I had paid. The employee turned around and went to the kitchen without apologizing. Besides, I couldn't get a clean table to sit down to eat because they were dirty and the vegetables were bad. What a terrible experience.
