This crew is impressive! They work so well together and were meticulous with my order. I was very impressed with how they handled a huge lunch crowd with an immense amount of team work and were extremely helpful and polite despite how busy there were!
I honestly can’t believe how far this Jersey Mike's Subs location has fallen. It used to be my go-to spot, but over the last few years it’s gone completely downhill. We ordered a regular and a mini, and somehow they managed to put all the condiments on the wrong sandwiches. This is a sandwich shop. That should be the most basic part of the job. Came back here after posting a bad review about a year ago. Much improved. Food came out on time and as ordered. Had almost given up on this location, but seems like things might have turned around.
Why order ahead for pick-up if one has to wait 15+ minutes in the store after the pick-up time? There were several customers that came in, ordered, and were long gone before I got my online order (2 sandwiches). Also, why would this restaurant not have hand towels in their bathroom?
