My favorite location. Food is always on point, very quick, and staff is always nice. This is the shop that should be getting the tips.
I had dental surgery and was very excited to be able to eat my favorite sub. I asked if they could cut my sandwich a special way to help with my healing. It was very kind of them to not only follow through, but to wish me happy Healing! Thank you JM, still my favorite!
Redeemed a free regular with my points and left a tip on an in store pickup and they gave a mini instead. Won’t be coming back.
This jersey mikes is horrible. I made an online order from the app, stood to the side of the counter for 35 minutes only for my order to not be done in time. Told the staff multiple times respectfully that I had been waiting for my order. There were about 10 other people behind me waiting for their order. Staff continued to take more orders from walk ins and not catch up on online orders despite recognizing they were massively behind. Management needs overhaul here.
