Workers refuse to unlock the door after opening. Can't order or pick up food.
Tried multiple locations. This is the only location I would return to. The staff and GM Caleb are above and beyond. The atmosphere is better and cleaner than other locations in the area. Overall this location is better than all subways. Cold subs better imo. Video review on TikTok.
Been to this location multiple times now and I will not be going back. They do not put the correct amount of cheese on the veggie sandwich, 5 slices of provolone and 5 slices of swiss. When I asked the manager to put the correct amount she argued with me. I worked at a jersey mikes and have been to lots of other locations that put the correct amount of cheese. I will drive the extra time to never have to deal with this location.
There was a time when Jersey Mike’s sandwiches were really good. I found out how much that has changed today. I paid $13+ for a 6”-8” sandwich that I took two bites out of and threw away. I’m pretty sure there was an entire jar of mayonnaise on the sandwich and also oil and vinegar creating a mushy, slimy mess.
