Chub perm at the counter messed my order up lowkey ruined my day
Very fresh cut deli style meats and lettuce tomatoe onion etc. More often than not the makers of the subs will not put the right ordered condiments on the bread. Overall rated good.
Not sure what happened to this location. I work close by so would go in at least once a week. But now the past few times they mess the order up every time. Simple things like “no vinegar”, even if they’re making it in front of me, they still mess up. And act annoyed if I won’t buy it “as is”. Once I ordered 3 subs for me and two coworkers, all three were wrong. I called and they said they’d refund me for 2 of them, and they didn’t. Food is good when they get it right, but customer service has seriously dipped.
For three weeks in a row, I ordered a catering box from Jersey Mike's for tailgating. Each time it was fresh and delicious. It was also done correctly and on time! I wish I could add a photo, but they are always gone when I think of it. The staff at this particular establishment are great to work with!
