July 5 2026 Not one Black youth or worker now in this location, I asked why, every one pretending they dont speak English...smh they need to train their staff on customer service because it's bad enough all the demographics of the staff has abruptly shifted, in a predominantly Black community, and the new crew thinks it's ok to be combative and rude to their customers. Not a good look, in this climate.
The service at the Jersey Mike’s on Woodard Road is impeccable. The staff is friendly. They are courteous and they always deliver my order with excellence.
One of the best jersey’s in Maryland shout out to the gm of the store holding it down one love.
Karen went above and beyond by putting lunch for me for a group of 20. Can’t thank her enough.
