Poorly English speaking, Hispanic sounding manager today on the phone is upset because she has to make a sandwich over again after they are selling burnt bacon out the door for a BLT. The entire sandwich was trash. The entire experience was trash and you had a manager who didn’t have a clue what she was doing. The sandwich should’ve been comped because I’m driving 4 miles back to their location in order for them to remake the sandwich over and yes, she offered nothing for my inconvenience.
