Ordered my food a 42" sub through the jersey Mike's app for pick up. I waited 30 mins for Mark to tell me they do not have my order available and they are unable to refund me my money. I tried to reason with the gentleman make sense how I can pay for an order and receive no product or refund. He was highly unprofessional and just kept saying "I'm sorry I can't give you a refund". My new go to sub stop. Good variety sub menu. Any sub can be made into a salad. Clean rest room, polite staff tasty food.
