UPDATE AUGUST 23, 2025 I’m happy to hear Jersey Mike’s reads their reviews and listens to their customers. I order online and decided to wait 10 minutes after I placed in the order, like I always do. Not only did I get greeted by both staff members on duty with smiles, but they really appreciated me because I coincidentally arrived when my cheesesteak happened to come out of the oven 30 seconds prior. DO NOT ORDER PICK UP FROM HERE!!! They can't handle it. Suggestion to the rude employee, when an order is ready, say the person's name! After almost 30 minutes of waiting and saying my name 3 times, my sandwich had been ready and nobody said my name. When I say "really, its been ready?" the employee says, you could've said your name...smfh. First and last time going here.
