Visited Jersey Mike’s in Clifton on September 19, 2025 at 4:00 PM and had such a great experience! The staff was awesome — they followed my instructions perfectly and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. I really appreciate the care and attention they put into their work. The way my sandwich was prepared and presented was a 10/10 for customer service. Thanks for adding tomatoes to both subs when i specifically requested them removed from my order.
Every time I’ve come here I’ve never had a bad sandwich, and the cookies/ brownies are somewhat addictive as well.The staff from my experience have always been friendly. If I’m going to complain about anything it’ll be the running out of Rosemary parmigian bread 3 hours before closing, whoever manages the bread situation should figure that out ASAP. The regular bread is good but that rosemary parm bread is what takes most of those sandwiches to the next level, please figure that out.
I ordered ahead of time, still had to wait an additional 45 min for a sandwich and when i received it, it was soggy. Horrible service, staff is rude.
The employees here are always on point and make it right.
