There is always a shortage of staff and there are always a shortage of workers, you always have to wait in long lines, it’s constant.
First time at this location. I walked in and wasn't sure what I wanted so stepped back to look over menu. Meanwhile, a man & his daughter walked in to order sandwiches. I happen to look down at the station the meat cutter was so dirty! I believe the daughter whispered to her dad about it being dirty so the worker asked him if he wanted her to clean it! I ordered from the grill and only noticed AFTER he put meat in it, how dark it was and I could see all the dark bits so the grill was dirty too. The chicken steak came out so ... read more
