Disappointing af. Used to go to the Leland location but I work in Wilmington now so today I tried them for first time. Got a Philly with extra cheese. It wasn’t cooked enough at all. Bread was doughy and soft and the cheese wasn’t melted. Ate half bc on my lunch break and starving, didn’t have time to get anything else, but I started to feel sick. Why does this location bring you to firehouse and not a Jersey Mikes?
I’ve never had a worse experience than I did at this jersey mikes. My sandwich actually tasted so bad I had to throw it away, and it was a giant so a big waste of money. The service was just wrong they had a bad attitude towards me and others. I will NEVER come back to this jersey mikes again, if you plan on coming here, dint plan on enjoying the sandwich.
