JerseyMike’s is under new ownership & things have changed. I went for a “deconstructed “ sub & was told the roll would be considered a “cookie” & I would be charged extra for it if all other ingredients were in a “bowl”. I asked if they could put the cheese on the roll & everything else in the container, that didn’tfly. I asked if they were charging me $1.25 for a container or the paper to wrap the bread in? To whom it may concerns this facility does not follow the franchise bylaws. I don't think they've ever thawed out their chicken salad or even if they carry it stop promoting it there. they will ruin your sub if you don't tip online.
