Customer service was friendly and helpful. Order 9# so good. I order on app next time.
Our sub was delicious. We had the Club Supreme and it was made just as seen in the TV ads ... loaded. Bread was a little on the stale side, but we got there around 6pm. Still a great sandwich.
Order was wrong. One wrong order contained cheese and was intended for a person who cannot have lactose. It took at least an additional 20 minutes to get the correct food. No discount or anything as an apology either. In fact, they ignored the fact that we paid extra for double meat. The bread was hard and chewy. Maybe it was stale? Usually jersey Mike's is good, maybe skip this location. We ended up getting food at the nearby Thorntons.
This was the first time I've eaten here. This is one of the best sandwich I've had. The staff was super nice.
Staff was friendly and patient. Food was quick and exactly as ordered. We had the chicken salad (looks like it’s seasonal) sandwich and a chicken bacon ranch. Delicious!
