Great everything
I always have a great experience and love there subs but this time kinda sucked. The kid was very rude and his customer service skills sucked. I just got home after ordering the big kahuna and the sandwich is cut in half and most of everything is on one side of the sub and they forgot the mushrooms. My fiancés sub get 1 piece of bacon after being charged a 1.50 . Just to better !
The only down side with the delivery are some of the door dashers who pick the food up. Jerseys has no control over that, I guess.
Always a great sub! When traveling it's a great go to for us!
Normally I would not consider their service to be fast, especially for anything coming off the grill, but my recent visit was absolutely ridiculous. Three subs, two hot and one cold, 45min wait! I know the exact timing because I sent a text just before I ordered. They were busy, but sandwiches were still being made... except mine. I kept seeing other folks coming in after me get their food.
