This particular store has extremely poor customer service. Especially for delivery services ie. Door Dash. There is a curly haired full bearded guy (claims his name is Collen) that acts like the manager(not sure if he is) that routinely puts subs aside of dashers causing pick-up delays. He won't wait on me when I arrive and treats delivery folks like dirt. I live near by and will NOT buy a sandwich from this particular Jersey Mikes as well as NOT recommend them to anyone I know. Went to this location last night 12/18 and wanted my bread slightly warmed on grill and was told that’s only for hot subs. What makes it a difference ? I thought customers were always right how hard was it to simply toast some bread on the grill . I will never return to this location plus veggies were old looking and bacon had flies landing on it will not recommend
Staff unprofessional and rude. Waited 20 minutes for a guy to say “ i was putting on new gloves” to order my food…yea ok never going back
