Edit: My mom and I share the same birthday and we eat at Jersey Mikes typically the week or so after the family celebrates. Just the two of us. This year I got an email that said they didn't see any purchases on mom's account. I dealt with a person in NJ and they basically told me to pound sand. I guess that's the customer experience you get once the company sells out to a corporate giant. So for the price, I'd say just go to Subway and help them regain their lost market share. I didn’t want to have to do a mid review ☹️ I LOVE Jersey Mikes…. But this store has disappointed me twice now. I usually make online app orders and I add mayo, jalapeños, and ask for toasted bread. Both times, they did not add mayo jalapeños or toast my bread! I’m pregnant and I feel like I have a mini crash out when I get home because I’m not driving back for them to add mayo and jalapeños and toast my bread.
