Said open til 10 pm went at 9:30 they were already closed as a worker in franchise fast food this I not acceptable

Messed up my order and gave me a completely different sandwich one time. Then another time, I placed an order for pickup ahead of time and it wasn't ready. Had to wait an extra 20 mins.
Yesterday I went to get a sandwich, the lady behind the counter was helping the person in front of me, when she finished she said let me wash my hands. Washed her hands put on fresh gloves, then walked in the back for a bit, came out front started scraping the grill and then starts handling raw bacon, at this point I say why are you making me wait to order, then the two employees start yelling at me that they are busy, no just wanted to make me wait for them to be ready to help me.
This is a great place and a great experience. I am very happy to tell you all. Did I have a mistake of my Uber order and Jersey Mike's at this location with either the manager or the gentleman? I spoke to at the time, offer me a free sandwich at no cost for the mistake and also acknowledged the mistake and realized that It had happened and that it was their fault and said they were very sorry.
