Any day I have Jersey Mike's is a good day! This experience was no different. The workers behind the counter were in good cheer (despite being short staffed I discovered from eaves dropping) even though they were busy. Always refreshing to have great food and good customer service. Only downside is navigating around the homeless in the area but it is what it is..
Placed an order on door dash. Said pick up at 6:37. I was waiting outside at 630. The store was empty. No employees to be seen. Door dash said my order was ready. I went in and the employee who greeted me told me my order wasn't even started yet. Very disappointed. I'll be directing my friends to other locations.
Staff on this Saturday night before closing made me feel very welcome . I feel bad for them that they ran out of bread for other customers but everyone was friendly about it.
